Meet the Owners

We are Susan and Brian Dunn, the owners of Sunrise Remodeling in Fort Myers, FL. We started our own business years ago in Michigan installing aluminum siding. We then moved to Fort Myers, Florida and bought houses and remodeled them. Unlike a lot of other investors, we knew that when we completed a house there would be no problems. Our remodeled homes were the best on the street when we finished them. However, we both missed the actual involvement with the homeowners and seeing their happiness when the job was done. So, we decided to work directly with the customers once again. That is how Sunrise Remodeling was created.

We specialize in home remodeling projects such as kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, custom cabinetry, closets, flooring, and other remodeling projects.

Our service areas include Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, and North Fort Myers, as well as the surrounding areas.
